Skyline Benidorm Film Festival announces the dates for its highly anticipated eighth edition, which will take place from April 13 to 20, 2024, in the charming coastal city of Benidorm. This cinematic event, which has gained international renown, promises to offer a unique experience for both film enthusiasts and industry professionals alike.
Short Film Submission Period Now Open
The festival opens the submission period for fiction, animation, and documentary short films, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes. To be considered, the works must have been produced after October 1, 2022. Interested filmmakers can consult the guidelines on the festival’s website and submit their creations from October 4 to December 20, 2023.
Skyline Benidorm Film Festival takes pride in being one of the few festivals that offers a selection fee, recognizing and valuing the work of filmmakers in the film industry. Additionally, within the competition categories, it will award various prizes that this year amount to €10,000 in cash, along with another prize for the best short film project “Shortpitch,” sponsored by companies from the Valencian Community, valued at €15,000.
