The deadline to present the works will remain open until February 22, 2022.
The contest is open to all short film, fiction, animation or documentary scripts, written in Spanish or Valencian.
The theme of the scripts will be free, original or literary adaptations, of a maximum of 20 pages (counting cover) and that have not been shot before the end of the Skyline Benidorm Film Festival 2022.
From among all those registered, a selection of ten finalist scripts will be made, which the jury will assess during the festival, which is held from April 2 to 9, 2022.
The award for the best script has been doubled in this edition and will be 1,000 euros and a trophy. The trophies and awards will be presented at the final gala of the Skyline Benidorm Film Festival.

Likewise, the registration period for participation in the 3rd Edition of the Shortpitch will soon open, aimed at directors or producers at a national level with a project in the development or pre-production phase.
In addition, you can already consult the bases of the call to participate in the Official, European, Student and Ibero-American sections of the 6th Edition of the festival, whose deadline closes on January 31.
