Guest Country
As part of the Skyline Festival, Cuba will be the guest country for this ninth edition.
This invitation holds special significance as it reflects not only an appreciation for the island’s cultural and cinematic richness but also recognition of the effort and legacy of institutions that have been pillars in the training and development of Latin American and global cinema.
The International Film and Television School (EICTV) is one of the most prestigious institutions for film education worldwide. The school has been instrumental in shaping a new generation of Latin American, African, European, and Asian filmmakers who have gone on to hold prominent positions in the international film industry.
Further details about the activities we will host during the festival will be announced soon.
